Bills, Darlinghurst

How do you normal start your day? Today I start off with a very nice breakfast at Bills, Darlinghurst.
Sweet Corn Fritters with Roast Tomato, Spinach and Bacon; Side - Avocado Salsa
The avocado salsa is so yummy and goes well with the corn fritters.
Scrambled Eggs with Sourdough Toast, Bacon and Button Mushrooms with Garlic Confit
The scramble eggs is so creamy and you wanna have more.
Ricotta Hotcakes with Fresh Banana and Honeycomb Butter
Out of the three, ricotta hotcakes is slightly not as good as others. But it is still a good way to start a day! :)
Hot Chocolate
When they bring this hot chocolate, I thought this is very interesting hot chocolate. After a deep look and found they use chocolate chip instead of syrup. Nice!

A Good Way to Start the Day

One of a good way to start my day is to have a nice breakfast at a beachside cafe. I went to a cafe at Coogee Beach to start my great day... walking to and from Coogee to Bondi and back!!! Didn't quene up for long, our table is ready. Strangely I didn't order a coffee but a mixed berry frappe. :p The scramble egg on toast is just too good. The eggs aren't too soft and it's creamy. :) They uses free range eggs and comes with roasted tomatoes.

Artisan Bread at Brasserie Bread, Banksmeadow

Finally it's the weekend... yeah and went to in the middle of no where industrial area to find this Artisan Bread cafe. There is no off street parking near the front of the cafe, so have to drive down further to a nicely shaded area. :D
First we walked past a glass window which you can see a lot kids playing with the dough making their own bread. Then we walked into the cafe/shop area. When I walked into the shop and saw that this cafe is packed with people, thinking this must be good!! So we tried to locate ourselves for a table... luckily we didnt need to wait and find ourselves seats. :D
Then reading the menu... everything looks so yummy and think which one should I order?? I want to try so many things... can I fit all of them in? So I asked, "can we share??" so now at least I can tried 2 different things! good!! :) But we ordered our food first, then dessert later.

Waited for not so long, our coffee came first, then later our food. Yum! :D
Allpress Mocha

After finishing our main... thinking oh... still have room for desserts... since we were here... must try their signature dish... Sourdough Pancakes Stack!!! The honeycomb cream and seasonal berries sauce are sensational.
